After having played for 4 minutes, Abay Saip managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Veritas F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abay Saip was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jerry Stout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Rune Mellberg in the 5th minute of the match. The supporters of Veritas F.C booed when U.S.Normande was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aymerick Tourrette didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikael Damm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karamoko Bamba in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Youri Borderie in the 10th minute of play forced Veritas F.C's goalkeeper Jerry Stout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Veritas F.C's Jerry Stout proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Veritas F.C from getting a goal against them. After 19 played minutes Youri Borderie rounded Veritas F.C's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Mikael Damm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karamoko Bamba, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Jerry Stout made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Bengt-Rune Mellberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th play minute Léopold Fraval came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jerry Stout. 2-0. U.S.Normande were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Veritas F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aymerick Tourrette took the corner. The corner led U.S.Normande's Aymerick Tourrette to fire away a dangerous shot which Jerry Stout despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 33rd minute, Şenel Server ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mikael Damm was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Veritas F.C's Jerry Stout played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aymerick Tourrette in the 37th minute of play. Jerry Stout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aymerick Tourrette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt-Rune Mellberg took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerry Stout. Jerry Stout dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Jerry Stout made an important save on a dangerous shot by Léopold Fraval in the 40th minute. U.S.Normande's Mikael Damm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karamoko Bamba in the 42nd minute of play. Mathias Mulard hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. When Abay Saip came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Veritas F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abay Saip couldn't finish the play. Aurélien Mussard hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Youri Borderie was the one to do the kick off. Jerry Stout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Youri Borderie, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Veritas F.C's Jerry Stout played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Youri Borderie in the 52nd minute of play. Jerry Stout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léopold Fraval in the 54th minute of the match. Jerry Stout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Youri Borderie in the 56th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathias Mulard during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Veritas F.C booed when U.S.Normande was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathias Mulard didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 played minutes Veritas F.C got a freekick which was hit by Necaettin Direm. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léopold Fraval in the 66th minute of play forced Veritas F.C's goalkeeper Jerry Stout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 played minutes U.S.Normande got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Mulard. Jerry Stout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Mellberg in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes in the game Rolf Custermans did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Léopold Fraval. 80 minutes into the match, Youri Borderie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerry Stout. Veritas F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Youri Borderie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. In the 82nd minute, Bengt-Rune Mellberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karamoko Bamba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikael Damm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Veritas F.C's Jerry Stout played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Rune Mellberg in the 91st minute of play. The U.S.Normande fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when U.S.Normande's Youri Borderie looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. U.S.Normande fully deserved thier win.
