The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Youri Borderie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute U.S.Normande were awarded a corner. Fred Battini went to the cornerflag to take it. U.S.Normande's Fred Battini was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cesar Peyo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 19thth minute of the game Youri Borderie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Depor Alex Return's Cesar Peyo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Youri Borderie in the 21st minute of play forced Depor Alex Return's goalkeeper Cesar Peyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes Depor Alex Return got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Homatskiy. Youri Borderie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cesar Peyo having to make a save. Cesar Peyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Youri Borderie in the 23rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Youri Borderie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cesar Peyo was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. A collision led to U.S.Normande getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Aymerick Tourrette hit a great ball. Aymerick Tourrette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Cesar Peyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Youri Borderie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cesar Peyo was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. After 41 minutes Depor Alex Return's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fred Battini who took care of the corner kick. A well done corner resulted in Steve Rendu drilling the ball in to score 0-4 behind Depor Alex Return's goalkeeper. 44 minutes into the match, Depor Alex Return's goal looked a bit too open when Youri Borderie came free, but Cesar Peyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Depor Alex Return defense, Youri Borderie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cesar Peyo. The Depor Alex Return fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cesar Peyo should have stopped the shot. When U.S.Normande's Youri Borderie in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Depor Alex Return's goalie prevented a goal. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Youri Borderie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 94th minute, U.S.Normande's Youri Borderie ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cesar Peyo. Cesar Peyo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. U.S.Normande's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
