Aquiles Gana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Artur Borubar made a huge save. Aquiles Gana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Artur Borubar came out and tried to block the shot, but Aquiles Gana slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 4th minute. 6 minutes into the game, Aquiles Gana recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Artur Borubar. Aquiles Gana showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 11th minute FC Zhelezna were awarded a corner. Neville Staples went to the cornerflag to take it. Gilberto Garaile kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Gilberto Garaile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Dražen Ladić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A throw-in in the 25th minute of the game was made by Ferdinando De Simone with Aquiles Gana as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 31 minutes into the match, AC Morena's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Garaile came free, but Dražen Ladić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AC Morena's Dražen Ladić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Garaile in the 33rd minute of play. In the 46th match minute, AC Morena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinando De Simone to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aquiles Gana to strike the kick off in the second half. If Radko Tetikov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Zhelezna's Artur Borubar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Gana in the 64th minute of play. In the 70th minute, FC Zhelezna's Gilberto Garaile dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. If Álvaro Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dražen Ladić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Garaile, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilberto Garaile succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-2 in the 87th playminute. The supporters of AC Morena booed when FC Zhelezna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Pranchev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilberto Garaile sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Many of FC Zhelezna's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FC Zhelezna may have spent more time on the ball, but AC Morena were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
