Nick Pope made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fortunato Mazzini in the 4th minute. Bajen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Johan Johansson in the 7th minute. The corner led to Bajen's Karl-Magnus Åkesson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 13th minute Herminio Gaizko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nick Pope saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rolf Henriksson in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucjan Golaszewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Del Santo FC booed when Bajen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Magnus Åkesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Nick Pope managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Del Santo FC's Fortunato Mazzini fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 23 minutes into the match, Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Gaizko came free, but Nick Pope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sidney Porto in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucjan Golaszewski saved Del Santo FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fortunato Mazzini got free with Nick Pope in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucjan Golaszewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rolf Henriksson's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. The supporters of Del Santo FC booed when Bajen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolf Henriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nick Pope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Gaizko in the 40th minute of the match. Rolf Henriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nick Pope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Gaizko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcus Norberg hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The Del Santo FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bajen were winning 0-3.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolf Henriksson got free with Lucjan Golaszewski in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rolf Henriksson might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucjan Golaszewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolf Henriksson ran back to his position shaking his head. 54 minutes into the match, Del Santo FC's goalkeeper Lucjan Golaszewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolf Henriksson. Cristiano Messi's late challenge caught a Bajen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristiano Messi helped the player get up and apologised. Cristiano Messi hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Sidney Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Golaszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sidney Porto did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Lucjan Golaszewski 59 minutes into the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Rolf Henriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bajen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolf Henriksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucjan Golaszewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidney Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Lucjan Golaszewski managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Bajen's Rolf Henriksson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Bajen's Daniel Åhman got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 76th play minutes Rolf Henriksson shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Lucjan Golaszewski and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 80th match minute, Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Bide to maneuver through the defense. Rolf Henriksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Lucjan Golaszewski made a huge save. Thanks to some nice moves Rolf Henriksson could shoot a difficult shot in the 97th minute, which Lucjan Golaszewski however easily saved by the left post. Bajen's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
