If Unai Calatayud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, Atlético Ourense's Frits Heinel threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Unai Calatayud, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 33 minutes into the match, Atlético Ourense's Unai Calatayud sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frits Heinel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Palestra14's Frits Heinel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Unai Calatayud in the 43rd minute of play. Colon Manrique showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cain Vieri in the 45th minute of the match. The supporters of Atlético Ourense booed when Palestra14 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniele Iannotti didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cain Vieri made a kick off. In the 83rd minute, Tartalo Rajoi made a precise shot to the right of Frits Heinel.
