Manfredo Aguiar shot from long distance in the 4th minute, but Bernd Yuschni was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 6th minute, Mundial EC's Tomás Senna ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernd Yuschni. Bernd Yuschni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Germano Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Argina in the 11th minute of play. When Hannover Reds's Qiao Xing Qi in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mundial EC's goalie prevented a goal. When Tomás Senna came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Mundial EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomás Senna couldn't finish the play. Qiao Xing Qi succeeded in the game's 21st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Mundial EC's Germano Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qiao Xing Qi in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Willi Tilmann in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Germano Moraes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Willi Tilmann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Germano Moraes was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Douglas Lundin kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Emilio Argina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Germano Moraes having to make a save. Germano Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Argina, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Qiao Xing Qi scored 1-3 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Germano Moraes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38th minute, Emilio Argina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Germano Moraes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfredo Aguiar in the 43rd minute of play forced Hannover Reds's goalkeeper Bernd Yuschni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emilio Argina scored 1-5 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Germano Moraes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emilio Argina to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Mundial EC's goalkeeper Germano Moraes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Willi Tilmann. After 53rd play minutes Emilio Argina shot 1-6, a short shot which went by Germano Moraes and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Egídio França during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Emilio Argina got free in front of the goal in the 61st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Germano Moraes was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Mundial EC's Germano Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qiao Xing Qi in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th match minute, Mundial EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egídio França to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilio Argina in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Germano Moraes saved Mundial EC from getting behind. After 74 minutes of play, Hannover Reds's Qiao Xing Qi made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Germano Moraes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mundial EC's Germano Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Argina in the 79th minute of play. In the 83rd minute Manfredo Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernd Yuschni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Hannover Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Senna came free, but Bernd Yuschni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Hannover Reds getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Lei Xiang Rong hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Mundial EC's goalkeeper Germano Moraes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emilio Argina. Germano Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Argina in the 93rd minute of the match. A collision led to Mundial EC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Will de Backer hit a great ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hannover Reds eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
