Ipro Demiga Fútbol Club's Arturo Oriol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerd Müller in the 18th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Ipro Demiga Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Yakov Abramov. Gerd Müller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 24 minutes into the match, Estrela Solitária's goal looked a bit too open when Paavali Snellman came free, but Benjamim Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Estrela Solitária's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
