Donato Verdini scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvestre Derwin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fulvio Campese showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcom Fournie in the 18th minute of the match. Adriano Michelini hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Johnny Jacquemet made a precise shot to the right of Fulvio Campese. Aris Salonicco FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Donato Verdini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fulvio Campese made an important save on a dangerous shot by Malcom Fournie in the 34th minute. Silvestre Derwin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Verdini in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes in the game Omer Vandevoorde did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Joe Meslet. Johnny Jacquemet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulvio Campese having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Johnny Jacquemet rounded Aris Salonicco FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Donato Verdini made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Aris Salonicco FC's Donato Verdini dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joe Meslet during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A nice corner shot did that Didier Têtu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fulvio Campese quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Souris in the 69th minute of play forced Aris Salonicco FC's goalkeeper Fulvio Campese to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. En Avant Nikko's Mourad Durieu was substituted for Vincent Becker. Fulvio Campese took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Souris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82ndth minute of the game Johnny Jacquemet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aris Salonicco FC's Fulvio Campese was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
