David Matthew took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albertinho Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvano Arano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Marioara Matei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marioara Matei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Martinez in the 23rd minute of the match. Huarriors AFC's Carl Cassilly was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marioara Matei in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Shi Jing Feng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alejandro Martinez to make the kick off. 66 minutes into the match, -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Charalambos Vokolos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Matthew narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 68th match minute, Huarriors AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hubert Lamowski to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albertinho Alagoano got free with David Matthew in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Charalambos Vokolos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvano Arano in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marioara Matei saved -BZF- Petrolul Berca from getting behind. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Shi Jing Feng got a free kick in the 86th minute. Huarriors AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
