C.'s goalkeeper Júlio Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10thth minute of the game Nixon Richard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s Nemesio Padro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 11th minute, Aloísio Toscano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nixon Richard in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nemesio Padro saved HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. from getting behind. Luiz Fábio Souto struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Nemesio Padro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barões F. C.. The supporters of HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. booed when Barões F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marquinhos Porto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute Luiz Fábio Souto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nemesio Padro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.'s Nixon Richard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nemesio Padro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Nixon Richard made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Nixon Richard lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Nemesio Padro. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nixon Richard in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nemesio Padro saved HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. from getting behind. Nixon Richard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nemesio Padro made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Nixon Richard sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Nixon Richard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nemesio Padro was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Nixon Richard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barões F. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Nixon Richard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nemesio Padro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Paraibano in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nemesio Padro saved HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. from getting behind. In the 97th minute Barões F. C. were awarded a corner. Donato Paraibano went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Donato Paraibano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nemesio Padro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Barões F. C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
