The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The throw-in from Geovânio da Silva in the 3rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Atletic Elooo's Iustin Zmărăndescu. When Boca Juniors's Reinaldo Dante in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atletic Elooo's goalie prevented a goal. In the 6th minute of the game Geovânio da Silva made a throw-in which Duarte Barral played forward. In the 7th minute, Atletic Elooo's Joaquin Austin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mathias Sabóia. Mathias Sabóia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Joaquin Austin scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mathias Sabóia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Joaquin Austin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Boca Juniors's Mathias Sabóia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Boca Juniors from getting a goal against them. When Joaquin Austin came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Atletic Elooo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Austin couldn't finish the play. Joaquin Austin might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mathias Sabóia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joaquin Austin ran back to his position shaking his head. Mathias Sabóia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquin Austin in the 26th minute. Mathias Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Austin, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Baturalp Kartal hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Caio Pinheiro charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Caio Pinheiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Caio Pinheiro hit a great ball. Mathias Sabóia was a little too slow when Joaquin Austin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 3-0. Joaquin Austin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mathias Sabóia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute Joaquin Austin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Boca Juniors's goalie and right to Fabiano Maranhense. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Boca Juniors's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank França stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Renato Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mathias Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Austin, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Atletic Elooo's Clemente Mancaş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Atletic Elooo from getting a goal against them. Clemente Mancaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinaldo Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 62nd minute Reinaldo Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Mancaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Atletic Elooo booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernandinho Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Fernandinho Santos got a free kick in the 64th minute. Mathias Sabóia came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletic Elooo's Joaquin Austin. But to his dismay, Joaquin Austin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Boca Juniors's Mathias Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grégory Gardette in the 77th minute of play. When Frank França fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boca Juniors's protests and gave Frank França a yellow card for diving instead. Frank França kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Donato Tolino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute Atletic Elooo were awarded a corner. Donato Tolino went to the cornerflag to take it. Atletic Elooo's Donato Tolino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mathias Sabóia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 88th minute Grégory Gardette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mathias Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grégory Gardette in the 93rd minute of play. After 97 minutes of play, Atletic Elooo's Grégory Gardette made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mathias Sabóia was left in no man's land by his defense there!
