An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Hervé in the 13th minute of play forced Porvoon Futura's goalkeeper Francesco Toldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Iso Gulli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 played minutes Porvoon Futura got a freekick which was hit by Aleksis Lahikainen. Francesco Toldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iratxo Crespo in the 19th minute of the match. After 20 minutes, Iso Gulli made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's Erik Thorstvedt tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 28 minutes into the match, Iso Gulli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erik Thorstvedt. Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iso Gulli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 31 minutes into the match, Porvoon Futura's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Hervé came free, but Francesco Toldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrik Höijer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erik Thorstvedt. Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 35 played minutes Porvoon Futura got a freekick which was hit by Big Fart. Erik Thorstvedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paavo Hirvonen, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Porvoon Futura's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Hervé came free, but Francesco Toldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Porvoon Futura's Francesco Toldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Porvoon Futura from getting a goal against them. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Iso Gulli's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Erik Thorstvedt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Iso Gulli put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Erik Thorstvedt. In the 61st minute, Michel Hervé got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's goalkeeper Erik Thorstvedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paavo Hirvonen. After 65 minutes of play, Porvoon Futura's Paavo Hirvonen made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erik Thorstvedt was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Iso Gulli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 72 minutes in the game Inautzi Torres did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Michel Hervé. The long shot by Henrik Höijer in the 75th minute really tested Erik Thorstvedt's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Erik Thorstvedt made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Iso Gulli sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th minute Porvoon Futura were awarded a corner. Henrik Höijer went to the cornerflag to take it. Paavo Hirvonen made a great header on Porvoon Futura's corner, it was just that Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's Erik Thorstvedt managed to reach the ball for a save. Porvoon Futura's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Henrik Höijer in the 79th minute. The corner led Porvoon Futura's Henrik Höijer to fire away a dangerous shot which Erik Thorstvedt despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Iso Gulli in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erik Thorstvedt, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Valdemar Guerreiro lost his temper 83 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Barrikako Herensugeak F.C:s Erik Thorstvedt showed great skill when he stopped Iso Gulli:s penalty. A hard shot 88 in the game by Iso Gulli from a close distance when the talented Erik Thorstvedt managed to make a qualified save. Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's players were relieved. Iso Gulli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Erik Thorstvedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Porvoon Futura could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Barrikako Herensugeak F.C throughout the match.
