Henry de Vries was a little too slow when Erli Haaland got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 11th minute of the game Leonard Billström made a throw-in which Yüksel Refah played forward. Erli Haaland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute, Erli Haaland made a precise shot to the right of Henry de Vries. Birvan Spor Kulübü's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The supporters of Kerkyra FC booed when Birvan Spor Kulübü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Bycofski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Kerkyra FC's Erli Haaland broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. Yüksel Refah hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erli Haaland in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henry de Vries prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Suphi Verim was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute of the game Vassilis Mavreas made a throw-in which Koulis Kouloucheris played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koulis Kouloucheris in the 52nd minute of play forced Birvan Spor Kulübü's goalkeeper Henry de Vries to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 52 minutes into the game, Kerkyra FC's Koulis Kouloucheris nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The Kerkyra FC fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Kerkyra FC's Erli Haaland looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kerkyra FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
