Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bruno Zuidema started the match with the kick off. Ger Mols took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geovânio Hoffmann. Geovânio Hoffmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 7 played minutes The Dalwhinnie Boys got a freekick which was hit by Bjorn Kuijpers. Harm Rooy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cláudio Leão in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Zuidema in the 9th minute of play forced Olímpico FC's goalkeeper Geovânio Hoffmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Dalwhinnie Boys's Bruno Zuidema got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Cláudio Leão got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 26th minute of the game Mirko Mos made a throw-in which Ger Mols played forward. Geovânio Hoffmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Zuidema in the 28th minute of the match. Cláudio Leão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Harm Rooy made a huge save. Bruno Zuidema fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovânio Hoffmann having to interfere. In the 40th match minute, Olímpico FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agnaldo Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Zuidema in the 41st minute of play forced Olímpico FC's goalkeeper Geovânio Hoffmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Zuidema in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geovânio Hoffmann saved Olímpico FC from getting behind. In the 46th minute, Robert-Jan ten Rouwelaar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geovânio Hoffmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cláudio Leão was the one to do the kick off. Harm Rooy came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Olímpico FC's Cláudio Leão. But to his dismay, Cláudio Leão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 60th minute Bruno Zuidema shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovânio Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute Robert-Jan ten Rouwelaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovânio Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Olímpico FC's goalkeeper Geovânio Hoffmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Zuidema. After a rather tough play, Olímpico FC's Alan Galvão got a free kick in the 66th minute. Geovânio Hoffmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mirko Blank in the 68th minute. Geovânio Hoffmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mirko Blank, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Geovânio Hoffmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mirko Blank, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harm Rooy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Aiach, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 74th minute, David Aiach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harm Rooy was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Bruno Zuidema put it in 3-3 from a short distance just to the right of Geovânio Hoffmann. David Aiach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 85 minutes of play, Olímpico FC's David Aiach made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Harm Rooy was left in no man's land by his defense there! Robert-Jan ten Rouwelaar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Geovânio Hoffmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bruno Zuidema came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the The Dalwhinnie Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Zuidema couldn't finish the play. Olímpico FC's Geovânio Hoffmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Zuidema in the 95th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Olímpico FC could leave the field as winners, despite The Dalwhinnie Boys having more of the ball for most of the match.
