Jens-Åke Källberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thananiti Cheewawipat in the 14th minute of the match. Torgny Landin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Willem-Jan Hollanders came out and tried to block the shot, but Torgny Landin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 22nd minute. Boca Juniors's Jens-Åke Källberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Vranken in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torgny Landin in the 29th minute of play forced Les Bistouquettes Bleues's goalkeeper Willem-Jan Hollanders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 minutes Les Bistouquettes Bleues's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dimitris Panagiotakis who took care of the corner kick. Torgny Landin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's Torgny Landin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Willem-Jan Hollanders narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Willem-Jan Hollanders was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Torgny Landin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 34 minute of play. Willem-Jan Hollanders made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Torgny Landin sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Rickard Löfgren hit a great ball. The throw-in from Basiel Henrix in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Boca Juniors's Niklas Kjellberg. 47 minutes into the game, Münir Salih was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boca Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Les Bistouquettes Bleues the free kick. The supporters of Les Bistouquettes Bleues booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Münir Salih didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Torgny Landin was the one to do the kick off. The throw-in from Basiel Henrix in the 51st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Boca Juniors's Münir Salih. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thananiti Cheewawipat in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens-Åke Källberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Özkan Kayaer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boca Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Özkan Kayaer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Willem-Jan Hollanders breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bryan Creemers in the 58th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Källberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torgny Landin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Willem-Jan Hollanders having to make a save. Jens-Åke Källberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dany-Adams Coeckelberghs in the 67th minute of the match. Boca Juniors's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Tim Vranken scored to the left of an out of position Jens-Åke Källberg, making the score, 3-2. 87 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Dany-Adams Coeckelberghs came free, but Jens-Åke Källberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boca Juniors's Erik Hjälm was substituted for Özkan Kayaer. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tim Vranken in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Boca Juniors's Torgny Landin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Willem-Jan Hollanders made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2.
