Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Torgny Landin started the match with the kick off. After 7 minutes of play, Boca Juniors's Torgny Landin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Béla Simon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Béla Simon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torgny Landin in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Torgny Landin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Béla Simon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 18th minute, Torgny Landin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Béla Simon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 21 minutes, Torgny Landin made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Edelényi Bányász's Béla Simon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Edelényi Bányász's zone, Emanuel Weiler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Béla Simon came out of the goal and Emanuel Weiler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Edelényi Bányász defense, Torgny Landin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Béla Simon. The Edelényi Bányász fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Béla Simon should have stopped the shot. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Edelényi Bányász's goalkeeper Béla Simon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Béla Simon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torgny Landin went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Edelényi Bányász's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dimitris Panagiotakis was slow to take the kick. During this time Boca Juniors's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Boca Juniors's Dimitris Panagiotakis to fire away a dangerous shot which Béla Simon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Kliment Frontov came free, but Jens-Åke Källberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torgny Landin in the 40th minute of play forced Edelényi Bányász's goalkeeper Béla Simon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 minutes, Márton Szusza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Edelényi Bányász and the Boca Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Edelényi Bányász getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Márton Szusza hit a great ball. Edelényi Bányász's Béla Simon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torgny Landin in the 44th minute of play. After 46 minutes Edelényi Bányász's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dimitris Panagiotakis who took care of the corner kick. Emanuel Weiler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Béla Simon having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kliment Frontov to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Kliment Frontov came free, but Jens-Åke Källberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edelényi Bányász's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Torgny Landin scored to the left of an out of position Béla Simon, making the score, 0-7. Béla Simon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torgny Landin in the 61st minute. 63 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's Torgny Landin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Béla Simon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emanuel Weiler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torgny Landin in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Béla Simon saved Edelényi Bányász from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Edelényi Bányász's zone, Torgny Landin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Béla Simon came out of the goal and Torgny Landin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Lajos Murai was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 79 minutes had been played. In the 79th minute, Lajos Murai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Edelényi Bányász's Béla Simon got control of the ball when Torgny Landin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Edelényi Bányász's goalkeeper Béla Simon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torgny Landin. 91 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's Torgny Landin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Béla Simon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Torgny Landin put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Béla Simon. The Edelényi Bányász fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Boca Juniors were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
