After 42 played minutes Campus Douro Academy got a freekick which was hit by Idalécio Rebelo. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Frans Valrot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Meadow Village's supporters rose to their feet, but Frans Valrot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseu Bragança breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th minute of the match André Pestana shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Lundkvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After the first half Meadow Village were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vedat Burçhan to strike the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Rodolfo Montay in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Meadow Village's Mårten Kristiansson. A collision led to Meadow Village getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Vidar Markusson hit a great ball. In the 61st minute of the match André Pestana sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Lundkvist skillfully saved the ball. Eliseu Bragança took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frans Valrot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseu Bragança made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Valrot in the 64th minute of play. Meadow Village were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Campus Douro Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jarbas Sabóia took the corner. The corner led to Meadow Village's Mårten Kristiansson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Meadow Village's goal looked a bit too open when Vedat Burçhan came free, but Alex Lundkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Campus Douro Academy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by André Pestana in the 69th minute. Álvaro Machado hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Campus Douro Academy's Eliseu Bragança got control of the ball when Evert Ahlrot tried to sneak it across the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Campus Douro Academy's goalkeeper Eliseu Bragança had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evert Ahlrot. When Campus Douro Academy's Vedat Burçhan in 80 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Alex Lundkvist guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Campus Douro Academy's Eliseu Bragança played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Matsson in the 83rd minute of play. Alex Lundkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Álvaro Machado in the 85th minute of the match.
