When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Denver Light took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Damion Holt to make any attempt to save it. Conal Wring hit a great ball. Damion Holt acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 44th minute, took the ball on the long shot from John Smed. The crowd rose to their feet as Virtual Aces's George Best slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Damion Holt. That made the score 3-0 after 46 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for David Eyre to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, George Best ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damion Holt was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Sören Strandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Damion Holt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Virtual Aces's George Best sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damion Holt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Despite this Damion Holt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 71 minutes into the match, Oddspredator.net's goal looked a bit too open when George Best came free, but Damion Holt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oddspredator.net's David Eyre managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Manuel Jacinto in the 73 minute of the game. Denver Light's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damion Holt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Virtual Aces's George Best got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Oddspredator.net's goal looked a bit too open when George Best came free, but Damion Holt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute of the match Virtual Aces got a corner. Oddspredator.net's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. George Best ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that George Best got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Damion Holt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, George Best put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Damion Holt. With a couple of smart ball manuevers George Best in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damion Holt saved Oddspredator.net from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Best in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damion Holt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Oddspredator.net defense, George Best kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damion Holt. The Oddspredator.net fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damion Holt should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Virtual Aces had played much better football throughout.
