Boguslaw Siwek had great luck who in the 20thth minute grab hold of the ball when Eleuterio Matteo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The supporters of Seclantas AFC booed when Powiśle Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Izydor Bakes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernan Fanuco charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernan Fanuco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Powiśle Warszawa's supporters rose to their feet, but Lorenzo Rocendo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Balendin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Powiśle Warszawa's Zbyszek Rybak was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carlos Balendin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 42nd minute Okan Buruk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boguslaw Siwek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Matteo in the 47th minute of play forced Powiśle Warszawa's goalkeeper Boguslaw Siwek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorenzo Rocendo made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lorenzo Rocendo in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Balendin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute, John-David Lee made a precise shot to the right of Boguslaw Siwek. Powiśle Warszawa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. Boguslaw Siwek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Matteo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Lorenzo Rocendo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Powiśle Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. After 72 played minutes Powiśle Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Benito Gaufred. Boguslaw Siwek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eleuterio Matteo's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Fernan Fanuco was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 76 played minutes Seclantas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Fanuco. Boguslaw Siwek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Okan Buruk, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Seclantas AFC were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Powiśle Warszawa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. He Feng Zhou took the corner. The corner led Seclantas AFC's He Feng Zhou to fire away a dangerous shot which Boguslaw Siwek despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sigvard Termander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 91 played minutes Powiśle Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Filip Joks. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Rocendo in the 96th minute of play forced Seclantas AFC's goalkeeper Carlos Balendin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Powiśle Warszawa supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Powiśle Warszawa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
