Ornopata were awarded a corner in the 3th minute after AFC Cherries's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Urki Miras took the corner. After a rather tough play, AFC Cherries's Jesse Pinkman got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute, Urki Miras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, AFC Cherries's Jurij Štencl got a free kick in the 7th minute. Xan Descapa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jurij Štencl in the 11th minute of play. Ornopata's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 30th minute, Daniel Oñatibia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xan Descapa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Cuenca, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Joaquin Loredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ornopata made a substitution. Pipo Inzaghi replaced Urki Miras. The supporters of AFC Cherries booed when Ornopata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Loredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filip Kubala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Daniel Oñatibia came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Ornopata fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Oñatibia couldn't finish the play. After 62 played minutes AFC Cherries got a freekick which was hit by Radek Rokos. AFC Cherries's Filip Kubala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pipo Inzaghi in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Loredo in the 64th minute of play forced AFC Cherries's goalkeeper Filip Kubala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ornopata getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Mauro Vallines hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luděk Kareš got free with Xan Descapa in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filip Kubala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pipo Inzaghi in the 95th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
