Spectators: 149 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Baldomero Innocenzio took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 played minutes Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Inge. When Timoteo Sabin came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Olimpo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timoteo Sabin couldn't finish the play. Ludomil Wasikowski came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Independiente's Arsenio Rito. But to his dismay, Arsenio Rito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olimpo's goalkeeper Ludomil Wasikowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mateo Mendez took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ludomil Wasikowski. Ludomil Wasikowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Ludomil Wasikowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The audience was convinced that Isidoro Beltran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ludomil Wasikowski was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. In the 43rd minute of the match, Isidoro Beltran tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ludomil Wasikowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ludomil Wasikowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arsenio Rito in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Isidoro Beltran made the kick off in the second half. Ludomil Wasikowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Beltran in the 51st minute of the match. After 52 minutes Olimpo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arsenio Rito who took care of the corner kick. After some careless play in the Olimpo defense, Arsenio Rito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ludomil Wasikowski. The Olimpo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ludomil Wasikowski should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arsenio Rito in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ludomil Wasikowski saved Olimpo from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Arsenio Rito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ludomil Wasikowski was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Arsenio Rito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Independiente's supporters rose to their feet, but Arsenio Rito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ludomil Wasikowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ludomil Wasikowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Rito in the 67th minute of the match. Ludomil Wasikowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arsenio Rito's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ximenes Castilla in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ludomil Wasikowski saved Olimpo from getting behind. Bernabe Bidun kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 79 minutes of play, Independiente's Ximenes Castilla made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ludomil Wasikowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Olimpo's zone, Mateo Mendez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludomil Wasikowski came out of the goal and Mateo Mendez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Olimpo's Rogelio Tartalo got a free kick in the 85th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Olimpo's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Beltran came free, but Ludomil Wasikowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Independiente booed when Olimpo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarzan Puyol didn't get a good kick on the ball.
