Eskil Vester showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Jax in the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th match minute, October 04 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fellipe Valle to maneuver through the defense. Emilio Cascajares received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Inocencio Veronica came out and tried to block the shot, but Emilio Cascajares slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. After 18 played minutes Rafaela FC got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Gipuzkoa. Inocencio Veronica made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Emilio Cascajares sent off a good shot on target. Octavio Gonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Eskil Vester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inocencio Veronica stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emilio Cascajares's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Octavio Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Octavio Gonzo made a precise shot to the right of Eskil Vester. October 04's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 32 minutes into the match, Rafaela FC's goalkeeper Inocencio Veronica had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fellipe Valle. In the 33rd minute October 04 were awarded a corner. Thorben Grill went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Thorben Grill almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rafaela FC's Inocencio Veronica did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Jax in the 36th minute of play forced October 04's goalkeeper Eskil Vester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafaela FC's Rolando Jax got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Rafaela FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio hit a great ball. Inocencio Veronica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Cascajares in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emilio Cascajares was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Octavio Gonzo got free with Eskil Vester in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 55 minutes into the match, Rafaela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fellipe Valle came free, but Inocencio Veronica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eskil Vester showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio in the 56th minute of the match. October 04's Eskil Vester proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save October 04 from getting a goal against them. Rafaela FC's Inocencio Veronica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fellipe Valle in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th minute Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Vester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 minutes, Fellipe Valle made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Rafaela FC's Inocencio Veronica tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafaela FC's Humberto Bihar was substituted for Leonides Tajo. October 04's Luís Paulo Pernambucano was substituted for Aníbal Correia. In the 75th minute Emilio Cascajares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Veronica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, October 04's Eskil Vester got control of the ball when Octavio Gonzo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match, Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eskil Vester saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Octavio Gonzo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Eskil Vester made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in October 04's zone, Octavio Gonzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eskil Vester came out of the goal and Octavio Gonzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Octavio Gonzo scored 2-3 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eskil Vester, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio in the 94th minute of play forced October 04's goalkeeper Eskil Vester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Rolando Jax dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eskil Vester, 2-4. The October 04 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rafaela FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
