With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laerte Lucas in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mekki Item saved Bandung Tigers from getting behind. Ronaldo Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fachri Puang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Barreto got a throw-in 22 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Bray McJon. Christian Barreto hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Bandung Tigers's Mekki Item played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laerte Lucas in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olavo Matorin in the 29th minute of play forced Bandung Tigers's goalkeeper Mekki Item to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mekki Item took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandão Recife, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronaldo Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zulkarnaen Mandaga in the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of Bandung Tigers booed when Montevideo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Barreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zulkarnaen Mandaga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronaldo Medeiros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play.
