Fernando Redondo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Vasile Tufescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacarita Jrs's supporters rose to their feet, but Vasile Tufescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabby Arias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erubiel Manni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Mirande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valério Bomba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erubiel Manni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. If Epifanio Bertran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Gaston Palban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eleuterio Mirande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Manni having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Eleuterio Mirande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eleuterio Mirande's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erubiel Manni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Erubiel Manni came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ilulea FC's Eleuterio Mirande. But to his dismay, Eleuterio Mirande quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ilulea FC's Gabby Arias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Bertran in the 27th minute of play. Chacarita Jrs's Epifanio Bertran got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eleuterio Mirande in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erubiel Manni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ilulea FC's Valério Bomba in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chacarita Jrs's goalie prevented a goal. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ilulea FC's goalkeeper Gabby Arias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eleuterio Mirande scored 0-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erubiel Manni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valério Bomba to strike the kick off in the second half. Izydor Wodaszak hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the game, Gaston Palban threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ilulea FC's Marian Golembiewski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 64 played minutes Ilulea FC got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Abreu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valério Bomba got free with Erubiel Manni in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Mirande in the 69th minute of play forced Chacarita Jrs's goalkeeper Erubiel Manni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilulea FC were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Chacarita Jrs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 史铮坤 took the corner. A nice corner shot did that 史铮坤 got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Erubiel Manni quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Izydor Wodaszak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 78 minutes into the game, Valério Bomba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ilulea FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chacarita Jrs the free kick. A collision led to Ilulea FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Valério Bomba hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Ilulea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Ferrando came free, but Gabby Arias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ilulea FC's zone, Izydor Wodaszak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabby Arias came out of the goal and Izydor Wodaszak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chacarita Jrs were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Ilulea FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hu Yang took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Hu Yang got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gabby Arias quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With his leg Erubiel Manni managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Ilulea FC's Valério Bomba fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Chacarita Jrs's Erubiel Manni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Chacarita Jrs from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle went the supporters of Ilulea FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Chacarita Jrs side.
