Gervasio Chano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 9 minutes into the match, The Cavern Club's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Chano came free, but Barbaros Bozbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Millan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Nixon, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Gonzalo Vergaray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gervasio Chano struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Barbaros Bozbey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sirius Dog. 23 minutes into the game, one of Sirius Dog:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Jeronimo Millan, was totally fooled by The Cavern Club's Frank Krasniqi, who 25 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind The Cavern Club's goalkeeper Barbaros Bozbey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Urbano Lapurdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gervasio Chano came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Sirius Dog fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gervasio Chano couldn't finish the play.

The Cavern Club made a substitution. Geovani Mendonça replaced Richard Nixon. Justo Fonda hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gervasio Chano got free with Barbaros Bozbey in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 65 played minutes Sirius Dog got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Lapurdi. After some careless play in the Sirius Dog defense, Geovani Mendonça kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeronimo Millan. The Sirius Dog fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeronimo Millan should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Gervasio Chano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sirius Dog's supporters rose to their feet, but Gervasio Chano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barbaros Bozbey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geovani Mendonça in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeronimo Millan saved Sirius Dog from getting behind. In the 81st minute, Geovani Mendonça left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Cavern Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 89th minute of the match The Cavern Club got a corner. Sirius Dog's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Krasniqi ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovani Mendonça in the 95th minute of play forced Sirius Dog's goalkeeper Jeronimo Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sirius Dog's Justo Fonda got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Cavern Club were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sirius Dog for a fine match.
