After some careless play in the BESTIA GDAŃSK defense, Sven-Edvin Jansson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leszek Huchro. The BESTIA GDAŃSK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leszek Huchro should have stopped the shot. When Angel Alvarenga came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the GuateFortín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angel Alvarenga couldn't finish the play. Leszek Huchro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zico Zellier, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Arkadiusz Witwicki struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Nery Pumpido didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BESTIA GDAŃSK. Leszek Huchro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Edvin Jansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leszek Huchro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zico Zellier in the 13th minute of the match. Nery Pumpido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Paciuszko, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albert Remus got free with Nery Pumpido in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 24th minute of play forced BESTIA GDAŃSK's goalkeeper Leszek Huchro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leszek Huchro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zico Zellier went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Sven-Edvin Jansson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leszek Huchro was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Nery Pumpido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartosz Gad in the 31st minute of play. Albert Remus had several of the GuateFortín's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 34 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Nery Pumpido as he didn't even see the shot coming. 36 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arkadiusz Witwicki. GuateFortín's Nery Pumpido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save GuateFortín from getting a goal against them. GuateFortín's Nery Pumpido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Witwicki in the 40th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Bartosz Gad took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Nery Pumpido to make any attempt to save it. Albert Remus's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nery Pumpido firmly grabbed it by the left post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Angel Alvarenga was slow to take the kick. During this time GuateFortín's players had a chance to rest.
