Resto Casa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Hector Bieito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Manny in the 22nd minute of play forced FC GURZUN's goalkeeper Mugur Suşu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Blackened's goal looked a bit too open when Juliusz Zieba came free, but Resto Casa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th match minute, FC GURZUN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nae Hurmuzache to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Mano in the 29th minute of play forced FC GURZUN's goalkeeper Mugur Suşu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blackened were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after FC GURZUN's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hector Bieito took the corner. In the 32nd minute, Mihnea Tincu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC GURZUN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Mugur Suşu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 37th minute, Julien Luarasi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Resto Casa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hector Bieito in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mugur Suşu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner ended in Hector Bieito almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC GURZUN's Mugur Suşu did a great save. After 41 played minutes FC GURZUN got a freekick which was hit by Julien Luarasi. Mugur Suşu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Unax Cabrerizo in the 43rd minute. Hector Bieito in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mugur Suşu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 47th minute, Mihnea Tincu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the game, Unax Cabrerizo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mugur Suşu. Unax Cabrerizo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juliusz Zieba made a kick off. Blackened's Melquiades Manny got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Blackened booed when FC GURZUN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moise Cigu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute Blackened were awarded a corner. Hector Bieito went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Hector Bieito managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 60th minute, Hector Bieito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Nae Hurmuzache kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Resto Casa. That made the score 1-5 in the 62 minute of play. In the 66th minute Blackened were awarded a corner. Hector Bieito went to the cornerflag to take it. Isaio Vidal made a great header on Blackened's corner, it was just that FC GURZUN's Mugur Suşu managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 69th match minute, FC GURZUN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihnea Tincu to maneuver through the defense. Mugur Suşu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Unax Cabrerizo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Resto Casa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juliusz Zieba, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the match, FC GURZUN's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Bieito came free, but Mugur Suşu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mugur Suşu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Bieito, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC GURZUN's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hector Bieito was slow to take the kick. During this time Blackened's players had a chance to rest. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nikolas Kafkalas got free with Resto Casa in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC GURZUN had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
