In the 11th minute, Aristides Santo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mustafa Haydar Taci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Eate having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Bastioes EC's goal looked a bit too open when Lauro Moreira came free, but Igor Marinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Club Atletico Chusca's Lauro Moreira in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bastioes EC's goalie prevented a goal. Club Atletico Chusca's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Herman Arvidsson in the 18th minute. Lauro Moreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauro Moreira in the 24th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Lauro Moreira notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Bastioes EC's Igor Marinho. Igor Marinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Igor Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauro Moreira in the 27th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lauro Moreira in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Marinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Igor Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauro Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A collision led to Bastioes EC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Jairo Arantes hit a great ball. Lauro Moreira took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Marinho. Igor Marinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 42nd match minute, Bastioes EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Paiva to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Club Atletico Chusca made a substitution. Leonardo Gumaro replaced Baldomero Montae. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adalberto Figueiredo to make the kick off. If Lauro Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Serafin Eate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adalberto Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Richie Craig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Igor Marinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Atletico Chusca's attentive Alberto Confesor managed to snatch the ball when Jairo Arantes made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Lauro Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Chusca's supporters rose to their feet, but Lauro Moreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Marinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Marinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lauro Moreira in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauro Moreira in the 90th minute of play forced Bastioes EC's goalkeeper Igor Marinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Bastioes EC's goalkeeper Igor Marinho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Confesor. Jairo Arantes made in the 95th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Célio Nogueira however managed to control. The Club Atletico Chusca players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
