In the 28th minute, one of Zemantauskas FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Zemantauskas FC. Vicente Beliran hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Carlos Augusto Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Hanni in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manantiales Fc's goalkeeper Zbigniew Barowicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half Manantiales Fc were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Reha Pekel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Federico Hanni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 88th play minute Amado Oriol came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Carlos Augusto Arósio. 0-6. Zemantauskas FC's Carlos Augusto Arósio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Zemantauskas FC from getting a goal against them.
