Spectators: 171 (Terracing: 129, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Horaţiu Măcrinici kicked off to start the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Horaţiu Măcrinici slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dorin Orghidan. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Dorin Orghidan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Măcrinici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mickaël Maris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigel Chirculescu in the 9th minute of play. Balaceanu UFC's Dorin Orghidan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Gerazan in the 11th minute of play. Horaţiu Măcrinicis short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Dorin Orghidan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 18 minutes into the game, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Horaţiu Măcrinici nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorin Orghidan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Balaceanu UFC's Dorin Orghidan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horaţiu Măcrinici in the 21st minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Ovidio Marko in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Balaceanu UFC's Cristi Bădiță. A collision led to Balaceanu UFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Iustinian Burdujan hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ladislao Gerazan got free with Dorin Orghidan in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dorin Orghidan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horaţiu Măcrinici, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After a rather tough play, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Manfredo Vale got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Mickaël Maris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustinian Burdujan in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horaţiu Măcrinici in the 45th minute of play forced Balaceanu UFC's goalkeeper Dorin Orghidan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorin Orghidan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Măcrinici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gigel Chirculescu made the kick off in the second half. Dorin Orghidan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Gerazan in the 52nd minute of the match. Ladislao Gerazan took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorin Orghidan. Dorin Orghidan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horaţiu Măcrinici in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorin Orghidan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dorin Orghidan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Gerazan in the 63rd minute of play. Vasile Tarchilă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Mickaël Maris made a huge save. Dorin Orghidan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horaţiu Măcrinici's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Dorin Orghidan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ladislao Gerazan went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Balaceanu UFC's Iustinian Burdujan got a free kick in the 81st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Gigel Chirculescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balaceanu UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gigel Chirculescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mickaël Maris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mickaël Maris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigel Chirculescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gigel Chirculescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horaţiu Măcrinici in the 95th minute of play forced Balaceanu UFC's goalkeeper Dorin Orghidan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Gigel Chirculescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balaceanu UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gigel Chirculescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
