After 7 played minutes Sundens BK got a freekick which was hit by Börje Törnblom. Axel Mellberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sivert Sander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jack Lundblad hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Eric Fransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Pudes, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 19th minute Ralf Nyberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Mellberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Botvidsson made in the 20th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which André Botvidsson however managed to control. 25 minutes into the match, Sundens BK's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Lundblad came free, but Axel Mellberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Polar Ice Caps booed when Sundens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Wall didn't get a good kick on the ball. Axel Mellberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Lundblad in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of Sundens BK booed when Polar Ice Caps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ralf Nyberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jack Lundblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eustaquio Pudes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Agne Björk fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sundens BK's protests and gave Agne Björk a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes Sundens BK got a freekick which was hit by Agne Björk. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Eustaquio Pudes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eric Fransson having to make a save. 59 minutes into the game, Polar Ice Caps's Jack Lundblad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Axel Mellberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 65 played minutes Polar Ice Caps got a freekick which was hit by Shi Hao Yuan. 68 minutes into the match, Polar Ice Caps's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Pudes came free, but Eric Fransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eustaquio Pudes struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Eric Fransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sundens BK. Jack Lundblad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Axel Mellberg made a huge save. Per Eliasson hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. A collision led to Sundens BK getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Beven Carmichael hit a great ball. The Polar Ice Caps players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
