When Sabadim Harammes PRD's Eder Lopes in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Portuguesa's goalie prevented a goal. Eder Lopes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Jorginho Vaz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jorginho Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Castelo Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorginho Vaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ionel Bălăiță in the 11th minute. Francisco Figueiredo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorginho Vaz having to make a save. Mauro Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 任浩默 in the 13th minute of play. Jorginho Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Castelo Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Portuguesa's Jorginho Vaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Portuguesa from getting a goal against them. When Sabadim Harammes PRD's Mariano Bladi in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Portuguesa's goalie prevented a goal. Mauro Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 任浩默, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-1 when 任浩默 sped through Sabadim Harammes PRD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mauro Cunha. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eder Lopes got free with Jorginho Vaz in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute, Sabadim Harammes PRD's Eder Lopes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jorginho Vaz. Jorginho Vaz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Jorge Figueiredo's late challenge caught a Sabadim Harammes PRD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Figueiredo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sabadim Harammes PRD booed when Portuguesa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariano Bladi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Zachrisson in the 40th minute of play forced Sabadim Harammes PRD's goalkeeper Mauro Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sabadim Harammes PRD's Bento Candal got a free kick in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 任浩默 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Portuguesa's goal looked a bit too open when Eder Lopes came free, but Jorginho Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorginho Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionel Bălăiță in the 62nd minute of the match. Mauro Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holger Zachrisson, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Portuguesa's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 任浩默 in the 64th minute. Miguel Diegues tried in the game's 64th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Mauro Cunha. An annoying self made goal, 2-2. Jorginho Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Castelo Branco in the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eder Lopes in the 69th minute of play forced Portuguesa's goalkeeper Jorginho Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipe Arce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauro Cunha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Arce in the 74th minute. Jorginho Vaz came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Sabadim Harammes PRD's Eder Lopes. But to his dismay, Eder Lopes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Mauro Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David de Alcântara in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sabadim Harammes PRD fans cheered their team off the field, for while Portuguesa had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
