An unexpectedly hard shot by Long John in the 7th minute of play forced Mazaredo AFC's goalkeeper Victorino Kelemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Herman Bergström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute Lenílson Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Kelemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Long John put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Victorino Kelemen. In the 19th match minute, Mazaredo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Sustrai to maneuver through the defense. Enéas Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herman Bergström in the 24th minute of play. Alonzo Carrillos charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alonzo Carrillos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 28 played minutes The Power Guido FC got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Carrillos. Delmiro Ortzi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Enéas Soeiro. The Power Guido FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Victorino Kelemen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Long John went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Mazaredo AFC's zone, Long John stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Kelemen came out of the goal and Long John tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Cytrynski in the 37th minute of play forced The Power Guido FC's goalkeeper Enéas Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victorino Kelemen made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Long John sent off a good shot on target. Victorino Kelemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Long John, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, The Power Guido FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Cytrynski came free, but Enéas Soeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herman Bergström to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Mazaredo AFC's Walter Vestberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. After having played for 55 minutes, Herman Bergström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mazaredo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herman Bergström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Mazaredo AFC's Herman Bergström got a free kick in the 56th minute. Victorino Kelemen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lenílson Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Victorino Kelemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lenílson Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the match, Mazaredo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Wiliam Fernandes came free, but Victorino Kelemen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Power Guido FC's Enéas Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herman Bergström in the 71st minute of play. After 72 minutes The Power Guido FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Delmiro Ortzi who took care of the corner kick. Walter Vestberg was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryszard Cytrynski got free with Enéas Soeiro in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Enéas Soeiro made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Ryszard Cytrynski sent off a good shot on target. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mazaredo AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for The Power Guido FC.
