Leopoldo Sustrai made in the 23rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Herman Bergström immediately put the ball in play. 27 minutes into the match, AC Batán's goalkeeper Ni Le Zheng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ryszard Cytrynski. Victorino Kelemen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acácio Nogueira in the 31st minute of the match.
