A collision led to FC Urzicuța getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Jerry Talbot hit a great ball. Ted Kobbeltvedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İrfan Attar in the 9th minute of the match. FC Urzicuța's İrfan Attar got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC Urzicuța booed when FC Drik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willy Reitoft didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ted Kobbeltvedt made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when İrfan Attar sent off a good shot on target. Ted Kobbeltvedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İrfan Attar in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute Gunvald Mitens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandu Vlaicu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ted Kobbeltvedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İrfan Attar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, FC Urzicuța's İrfan Attar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ted Kobbeltvedt. Ted Kobbeltvedt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Ted Kobbeltvedt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kulabhusana Karabashlykov in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, FC Drik's goalkeeper Ted Kobbeltvedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by İrfan Attar. İrfan Attar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Ted Kobbeltvedt made a huge save. After 40 minutes of play, FC Urzicuța's İrfan Attar made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ted Kobbeltvedt was left in no man's land by his defense there! 43 minutes into the match, FC Drik's Gunvald Mitens sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandu Vlaicu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Urzicuța's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gabriel Ursino in the 48th minute. A nice corner shot did that Kulabhusana Karabashlykov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ted Kobbeltvedt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for İrfan Attar to strike the kick off in the second half. Ted Kobbeltvedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İrfan Attar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İrfan Attar took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ted Kobbeltvedt. Ted Kobbeltvedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunvald Mitens got free with Sandu Vlaicu in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. İrfan Attar might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ted Kobbeltvedt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. İrfan Attar ran back to his position shaking his head. Ted Kobbeltvedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İrfan Attar in the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, İrfan Attar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Urzicuța fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. İrfan Attar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ted Kobbeltvedt having to make a save. Ted Kobbeltvedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İrfan Attar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When FC Urzicuța's İrfan Attar in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Drik's goalie prevented a goal. 89 minutes into the match, FC Drik's goal looked a bit too open when İrfan Attar came free, but Ted Kobbeltvedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 8-0 when İrfan Attar sped through FC Drik's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ted Kobbeltvedt. FC Urzicuța walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
