Karl-Oskar Strömberg scored 1-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victor Mandrak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Victor Mandrak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birger Hultin in the 24th minute of the match. Edgar Bjursell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Paulo Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Zé Paulo Montenegro made the kick off in the second half. Zlatan sucks were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Sporting Dornelas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Melquiades Osasun took the corner. The supporters of Sporting Dornelas FC booed when Zlatan sucks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvin Hallgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 played minutes Zlatan sucks got a freekick which was hit by Arvin Hallgren. Chiquinho Barbosa hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute Ismael Shantala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Mandrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Bjursell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Paulo Montenegro in the 75th minute of play. Victor Mandrak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ismael Shantala in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Zlatan sucks's Karl-Oskar Strömberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
