In the 10thth minute of the game Emanuel Phelipe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. MILO's Tomas Eguerdi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Eguerdi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Phelipe in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Gonsalvo in the 13th minute of play forced Club Real Cantera's goalkeeper Gaudencio Frichoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaudencio Frichoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Pereyra, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 23rd minute Ronaldo Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Frichoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Real Cantera's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emanuel Phelipe in the 33rd minute. The corner ended in Emanuel Phelipe almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C.A. MILO's Tomas Eguerdi did a great save. Club Real Cantera's Gaudencio Frichoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Pereyra in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, C.A. MILO's Nicolas Chaime got a free kick in the 38th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Emanuel Phelipe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Real Cantera's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Phelipe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Eguerdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C.A. MILO! When the match had been going on for 42 minutes, Club Real Cantera's Emanuel Phelipe got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Tomas Eguerdi. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cesar Pereyra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Sixto Bernaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner led Club Real Cantera's Emanuel Phelipe to fire away a dangerous shot which Tomas Eguerdi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 79th minute, Emanuel Phelipe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Real Cantera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Gaudencio Frichoso made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Ildefonso Gonsalvo sent off a good shot on target. 84 minutes into the match, Club Real Cantera's Emanuel Phelipe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomas Eguerdi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the C.A. MILO defense, Emanuel Phelipe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomas Eguerdi. The C.A. MILO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomas Eguerdi should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Club Real Cantera fans cheered their team off the field, for while C.A. MILO had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
