After a rather tough play, Indiana University's Hikmet Temirkut got a free kick in the 5th minute. Frits Lenoir stood somewhat misplaced when Ertan Duman came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 6 minute. The audience was convinced that Ertan Duman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frits Lenoir was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Frits Lenoir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ertan Duman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Ertan Duman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frits Lenoir was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in Indiana University fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! Ertan Duman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frits Lenoir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Frits Lenoir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ertan Duman in the 26th minute of the match. Yiğit Haşmetli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Marian Gniech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Indiana University's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Ertan Duman scored to the left of an out of position Frits Lenoir, making the score, 4-0. In the 38th minute Özalp Haliloğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Gniech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frits Lenoir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ertan Duman in the 39th minute of the match. Ertan Duman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frits Lenoir having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Ertan Duman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frits Lenoir. Indiana University's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ertan Duman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Ertan Duman took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frits Lenoir. Frits Lenoir dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ertan Duman to strike the kick off in the second half. Frits Lenoir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ertan Duman in the 52nd minute of play. Indiana University's Frits Lenoir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ertan Duman in the 64th minute of play. Ertan Duman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frits Lenoir having to make a save. The throw-in from Okanay Kiram in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Zagórna's Gică Popescu. Yiğit Haşmetli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Ertan Duman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frits Lenoir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frits Lenoir came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Zagórna's Ertan Duman. But to his dismay, Ertan Duman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Zagórna's Boruc Kalemba was substituted for Artur Golec. Marian Gniech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Görkem Baloğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zagórna's Marian Gniech proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Zagórna from getting a goal against them. Görkem Baloğlu in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marian Gniech, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Indiana University's Görkem Baloğlu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 96th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Indiana University players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zagórna.
