In the 16th minute, Kuuno Mari made a precise shot to the right of Luís Paulo Paraíba. Real Cruzeiro FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. With a little luck, Real Cruzeiro FC's Luís Paulo Paraíba got control of the ball when Kuuno Mari tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiit Jaas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltazar Zonta in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Real Cruzeiro FC's goalkeeper Luís Paulo Paraíba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stathis Koulouris. Tiit Jaas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vivaldo Carmona, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Luís Paulo Paraíba was a little too slow when Kuuno Mari got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 2-0. Real Cruzeiro FC's Luís Paulo Paraíba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Real Cruzeiro FC from getting a goal against them. Kuuno Mari struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Luís Paulo Paraíba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maximum Power. Luís Paulo Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kalle Künnapuu in the 45th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Kuuno Mari put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Luís Paulo Paraíba. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vivaldo Carmona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baltazar Zonta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Tiit Jaas made a huge save. In the 54th minute Real Cruzeiro FC were awarded a corner. Baltazar Zonta went to the cornerflag to take it. Serafino Musko tried in the 54th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Tiit Jaas a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 3-1. In the 59th minute Baltazar Zonta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiit Jaas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Kuuno Mari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Paulo Paraíba was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. A collision led to Real Cruzeiro FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Tales Salgado hit a great ball. Maximum Power's Ediberto Queiroz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Real Cruzeiro FC. Luís Paulo Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ediberto Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiit Jaas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vivaldo Carmona in the 70th minute. Luís Paulo Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stathis Koulouris in the 71st minute of play. Luís Paulo Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaido Narusson in the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltazar Zonta in the 76th minute of play forced Maximum Power's goalkeeper Tiit Jaas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximum Power's Tiit Jaas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltazar Zonta in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th match minute, Real Cruzeiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vivaldo Carmona to maneuver through the defense. Luís Paulo Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kalle Künnapuu in the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Kuuno Mari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Paulo Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Nico Zonta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Real Cruzeiro FC defense, Kalle Künnapuu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Paulo Paraíba. The Real Cruzeiro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Paulo Paraíba should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Maximum Power getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Serafino Musko hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, Giuseppe de Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Maximum Power were the better team. Maximum Power's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
