After 22 minutes of play, COSQUIN SFC's Luis Rumaldo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erasmo Urbez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Erasmo Urbez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Rumaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Leon Sport Club's Jon Loarte slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ciriaco Olivar. That made the score 1-2 after 26 minutes of play. In the 29th minute Lucas Beltrán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Urbez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdo Prado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leon Sport Club's Erasmo Urbez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Leon Sport Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. COSQUIN SFC were winning 1-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jon Loarte to strike the kick off in the second half. Ciriaco Olivar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. COSQUIN SFC's Ciriaco Olivar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdo Prado in the 65th minute of play. Well-Well Chițan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, COSQUIN SFC's goal looked a bit too open when Giovanni Massa came free, but Ciriaco Olivar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciriaco Olivar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giovanni Massa went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. A sloppy throw-in by Giovanni Massa in the 77th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by COSQUIN SFC's Balthazar Van Castel. If Valdo Prado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 87 in the game by Lucas Beltrán from a close distance when the talented Erasmo Urbez managed to make a qualified save. Leon Sport Club's players were relieved. In the 88th minute of the match COSQUIN SFC got a corner. Leon Sport Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Iker Unax ran over to the corner to take the kick. COSQUIN SFC's Iker Unax was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Erasmo Urbez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tiberiu Ulici's late challenge caught a COSQUIN SFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiberiu Ulici helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Leon Sport Club defense, Lucas Beltrán kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erasmo Urbez. The Leon Sport Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erasmo Urbez should have stopped the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Erasmo Urbez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. COSQUIN SFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
