Davis Doty kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute Primitivo Heli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Gheară saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Real Death Ducks's corner Noh Ning fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dan Gheară quite easily take care of the ball. Dan Gheară took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Perry Van Mechelen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dan Gheară made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perry Van Mechelen in the 15th minute of play. Dan Gheară showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Heli in the 23rd minute of the match. Guo Xun lost his temper 25 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 33 minutes into the game, Primitivo Heli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dan Gheară was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivan Ţopescu kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Dan Gheară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perry Van Mechelen, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Dan Gheară took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Perry Van Mechelen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcus Rush kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvério Andrade. That made the score 1-1 in the 42 minute of play. The supporters of Real Death Ducks booed when Cosmos Soccer Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Ţopescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Perry Van Mechelen in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dan Gheară prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Real Death Ducks made a substitution. Di Yong Yue replaced Eddy Horner. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Perry Van Mechelen made a kick off. A hard shot 56 in the game by Perry Van Mechelen from a close distance when the talented Dan Gheară managed to make a qualified save. Cosmos Soccer Club's players were relieved. Real Death Ducks were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Cosmos Soccer Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Noh Ning took the corner. The corner led Real Death Ducks's D.J. Smith to fire away a dangerous shot which Dan Gheară despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Real Death Ducks's Primitivo Heli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dan Gheară made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. If Visti Laurnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cosmos Soccer Club's Dan Gheară played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perry Van Mechelen in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Perry Van Mechelen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Cosmos Soccer Club's goalkeeper Dan Gheară had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Perry Van Mechelen. Perry Van Mechelen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Dan Gheară made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Real Death Ducks's Perry Van Mechelen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dan Gheară. That made the score 1-3 after 78 minutes of play. 84 minutes into the match, Cosmos Soccer Club's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Heli came free, but Dan Gheară reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Gheară showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Heli in the 84th minute of the match. Perry Van Mechelen did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Dan Gheară 90 minutes into the match. A collision led to Real Death Ducks getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Primitivo Heli hit a great ball. A hard shot by D.J. Smith from long distance, 98 minutes into the match, got Dan Gheară's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Real Death Ducks's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
