The supporters of Metal Juniors booed when Stoke FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Stolpe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximilian Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martín Palermo in the 30th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Metal Juniors's Martín Palermo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximilian Lindgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Martín Palermo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximilian Lindgren having to make a save. Maximilian Lindgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martín Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute Martín Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximilian Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martín Palermo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Maximilian Lindgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Metal Juniors's Sergio Dennis was substituted for Martín Palermo. After a defensive mix-up in Metal Juniors's zone, Simon Martinsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Păvăloae came out of the goal and Simon Martinsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the game, Metal Juniors's Miguel Sotero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximilian Lindgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 82nd minute Simon Martinsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Păvăloae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincent Stolpe hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Metal Juniors's Miguel Sotero managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Orhan Veli Gaza in the 86 minute of the game. Metal Juniors's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
