The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ferhat Uğuş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remicio Bueno in the 5th minute of the match. After 7th play minutes Eufemio Andrade shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Ferhat Uğuş and just under the crossbar into goal. If Gaspar Peseiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Toledo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zekeriya Özbekkan in the 12th minute. ÇALIMLI were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Cabildo FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zekeriya Özbekkan took the corner. Ferhat Uğuş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eufemio Andrade in the 17th minute of play. With his leg Patricio Toledo managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when ÇALIMLI's Zekeriya Özbekkan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Zülfü Dicle kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, ÇALIMLI's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Peseiro came free, but Ferhat Uğuş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eufemio Andrade in the 28th minute of play forced ÇALIMLI's goalkeeper Ferhat Uğuş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Cabildo FC's Patricio Toledo got control of the ball when Barnabé Amice tried to sneak it across the goal line. ÇALIMLI's Ferhat Uğuş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eufemio Andrade in the 38th minute of play. Enginalp İnanoğlu hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Tor Clavijo's late challenge caught a ÇALIMLI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tor Clavijo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ÇALIMLI booed when Cabildo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tor Clavijo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patricio Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnabé Amice in the 48th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After some careless play in the ÇALIMLI defense, Remicio Bueno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferhat Uğuş. The ÇALIMLI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferhat Uğuş should have stopped the shot. Nafiz Camcı hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute Cabildo FC were awarded a corner. Mauro Eguen went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 84th minute, Zekeriya Özbekkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aaron Erazo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferhat Uğuş having to make a save. If Robert Maturana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Manuel Jeréz kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
