Donato de Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Wilson Chagas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th match minute, Crusaders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Mundine to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Rähim Sterling reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wilson Chagas. The goal made the score 1-0. Porter Rishton kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Wilson Chagas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato de Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Viktor Albäck kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Crusaders's Wilson Chagas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Crusaders from getting a goal against them. In the 20th match minute, Crusaders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Porter Rishton to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st match minute, Garphyttan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rähim Sterling to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Crusaders's goal looked a bit too open when Lolo Obis came free, but Wilson Chagas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Crusaders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Mundine to maneuver through the defense. Wilson Chagas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rähim Sterling in the 30th minute of the match. Theodór Pérez hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute Garphyttan were awarded a corner. Donato de Salles went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Donato de Salles got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilson Chagas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Crusaders's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Donato de Salles was slow to take the kick. During this time Garphyttan's players had a chance to rest. Michael Kvalfält was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Wilson Chagas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rähim Sterling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Garphyttan's Ulf Wennerquist got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 48th minute, Garphyttan's Donato de Salles dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rähim Sterling was the one to do the kick off. Viktor Albäck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Chagas having to interfere. Wilson Chagas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Albäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilson Chagas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörn Petersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. A collision led to Crusaders getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Porter Rishton hit a great ball. Donato de Salles shot from long distance after 62 played minutes, a shot that Wilson Chagas with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. Viktor Albäck scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Chagas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Garphyttan's Michael Kvalfält got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wilson Chagas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Kvalfält in the 70th minute of play. With a left leg Wilson Chagas saved Crusaders from getting behind. In the 81st minute, Antonio Mundine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Garphyttan made a substitution. Algot Ahlfors replaced Michael Kvalfält. After some careless play in the Crusaders defense, Viktor Albäck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Chagas. The Crusaders fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Chagas should have stopped the shot. 91 minutes into the game, Donato de Salles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Wilson Chagas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Algot Ahlfors took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Chagas. Wilson Chagas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. When the referee ended the match the Garphyttan players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
