Villa Verde FC's Feng Chao Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Chap in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute Juan Raúl Amuchástegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feng Chao Wei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Villa Verde FC's Saul Goodman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Giraldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 29th match minute, Forever Tango was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Santo to maneuver through the defense. Juan Giraldo was a little too slow when Saul Goodman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 36th minute of the match Villa Verde FC got a corner. Forever Tango's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erivaldo Borges ran over to the corner to take the kick. Erivaldo Borges made a great header on Villa Verde FC's corner, it was just that Forever Tango's Juan Giraldo managed to reach the ball for a save. Villa Verde FC were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Forever Tango's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erivaldo Borges took the corner. Villa Verde FC's Belmiro Borges was substituted for Dida Viana. Villa Verde FC's Luís Guilherme Cearense was substituted for Saul Goodman. Omar Santo kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Villa Verde FC's Feng Chao Wei got control of the ball when Modesto Marcones tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Luís Guilherme Cearense made a precise shot to the right of Juan Giraldo. Forever Tango's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 96th minute, Luís Guilherme Cearense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villa Verde FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Villa Verde FC had won after a very even match.
