The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4thth minute of the game Emil Juravschi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zippys Talanger's Hubert Dahlgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th match minute, Zippys Talanger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Benett to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Zippys Talanger booed when UFC Puturoasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Juravschi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thomas Vibjörnsson charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thomas Vibjörnsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The UFC Puturoasa fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when UFC Puturoasa's Emil Juravschi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 46th match minute, Zippys Talanger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Granberg to maneuver through the defense. The Zippys Talanger players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. UFC Puturoasa were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felix Benett to make the kick off. The supporters of Zippys Talanger booed when UFC Puturoasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vadim Brãgutã didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Benett in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Alberto Salgado saved UFC Puturoasa from getting behind. 64 minutes into the game, Emil Juravschi lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Hubert Dahlgren. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Vibjörnsson in the 68th minute of play forced UFC Puturoasa's goalkeeper Carlos Alberto Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hubert Dahlgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Juravschi's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Hubert Dahlgren had great luck who in the 71stth minute grab hold of the ball when Emil Juravschi from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Emil Juravschi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Thomas Vibjörnsson was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. Hubert Dahlgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Juravschi's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Zippys Talanger's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Juravschi came free, but Hubert Dahlgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. UFC Puturoasa played a much better game than Zippys Talanger and deserved their victory. The Zippys Talanger players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
