Stasio Zawadzki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Franco Di Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stasio Zawadzki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Franco Di Massa made a huge save. Bergandy's Franco Di Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerônimo Mesquita in the 19th minute of play. Stasio Zawadzki in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Franco Di Massa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 20 minutes into the game, Stasio Zawadzki lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Franco Di Massa. Stasio Zawadzki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Franco Di Massa made a huge save. In the 48th minute, Jörgen Valrot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stasio Zawadzki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mala Kicia in the 52nd minute of play forced Bergandy's goalkeeper Franco Di Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stasio Zawadzki in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franco Di Massa saved Bergandy from getting behind. In the 60th minute Stasio Zawadzki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Di Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, SazobaSpor's Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov got control of the ball when Luiz Eduardo Xavier tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasio Zawadzki in the 74th minute of play forced Bergandy's goalkeeper Franco Di Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th match minute, Bergandy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack Eklund to maneuver through the defense. Bergandy's Franco Di Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stasio Zawadzki in the 80th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaudencio Diagur in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franco Di Massa saved Bergandy from getting behind. Franco Di Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasio Zawadzki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stasio Zawadzki in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franco Di Massa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bergandy's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
