Spectators: 187 (Terracing: 141, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carlisle Fenwick started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Bambas in the 6th minute of play forced Boroondara Milan's goalkeeper Martyon Diehl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Bogdan Bambas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martyon Diehl was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Martyon Diehl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Bambas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isa Günyol in the 19th minute of play forced Boroondara Milan's goalkeeper Martyon Diehl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martyon Diehl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Bambas in the 24th minute of play. Martyon Diehl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Bambas in the 24th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Carlisle Fenwick kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tayyar Poyraz. That made the score 1-1 in the 28 minute of play. Tayyar Poyraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlisle Fenwick in the 31st minute of play. In the 35th minute Paco Everett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tayyar Poyraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boroondara Milan's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ned Mills in the 36th minute. A nice corner shot did that Paco Everett got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tayyar Poyraz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 38 minutes into the match, Boroondara Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Bambas came free, but Martyon Diehl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 played minutes Boroondara Milan got a freekick which was hit by Jack Reisz. Martyon Diehl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Bambas in the 43rd minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 56th match minute, Boroondara Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack Reisz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 booed when Boroondara Milan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ned Mills didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Martyon Diehl threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Barlas Siret, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 65th minute Carlisle Fenwick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tayyar Poyraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tayyar Poyraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Stevens in the 68th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Boroondara Milan's zone, Bogdan Bambas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martyon Diehl came out of the goal and Bogdan Bambas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boroondara Milan's Rusty Reynolds was substituted for Paco Everett. Martyon Diehl was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bogdan Bambas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 76 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlisle Fenwick in the 79th minute of play forced BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's goalkeeper Tayyar Poyraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Bogdan Bambas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. 83 minutes into the game, Bogdan Bambas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Martyon Diehl was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carlisle Fenwick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Tayyar Poyraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Bogdan Bambas took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Martyon Diehl to make any attempt to save it. In the 93rd match minute, Boroondara Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ned Mills to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Bogdan Bambas fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Martyon Diehl, passed just outside the right post. The BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
