The audience was convinced that Kalle Fors's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Pedro Bertassi was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After having played for 26 minutes, Anton Bröms managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ralles Bollklubb's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anton Bröms was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. José Pedro Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Sontman in the 32nd minute of the match. When 李永乐 Kaká came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Ralles Bollklubb fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 李永乐 Kaká couldn't finish the play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fritz Ernst Joinvilense was the one to do the kick off. Ivar Sontman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. In the 65th minute Kalle Fors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Pedro Bertassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Pedro Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kalle Fors in the 66th minute of play. Ademir de Almeida might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tata Rușanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ademir de Almeida ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Ralles Bollklubb booed when Botafogo AP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fritz Ernst Joinvilense didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ralles Bollklubb's Esteban Ezkerra was substituted for Dragan Numanović. In the 74th match minute, Botafogo AP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fritz Ernst Joinvilense to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Botafogo AP's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Ezkerra came free, but José Pedro Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ralles Bollklubb were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
