After some careless play in the Tough and Tasty FC defense, Fritz Ernst Joinvilense kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agustin Orion. The Tough and Tasty FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agustin Orion should have stopped the shot. Agustin Orion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrinho Alvarenga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Pedro Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heliodoro Verdu in the 19th minute of play. Pedrinho Alvarenga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, Tough and Tasty FC's Heliodoro Verdu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Pedro Bertassi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Botafogo AP's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ademir de Almeida in the 27th minute. Ademir de Almeida made a great header on Botafogo AP's corner, it was just that Tough and Tasty FC's Agustin Orion managed to reach the ball for a save. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fritz Ernst Joinvilense to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Tough and Tasty FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsrafil Yağız to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 54 in the game by Heliodoro Verdu from a close distance when the talented José Pedro Bertassi managed to make a qualified save. Botafogo AP's players were relieved. José Pedro Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Botafogo AP got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Branco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heliodoro Verdu in the 71st minute of play forced Botafogo AP's goalkeeper José Pedro Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Sten Hammarberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tough and Tasty FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Botafogo AP the free kick. Edson Marquez replaced Adriano Fernandez. José Pedro Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İsrafil Yağız in the 88th minute of the match. Botafogo AP's José Pedro Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İsrafil Yağız in the 91st minute of play.
